Why not enter your White Air snaps at the Riverside Rural Bus?
The Riverside’s rural training bus will be onsite at this year’s festival offering an array of extreme facilities, including: wireless access to the festival’s website (www.whiteair.co.uk) and the Internet on its accessible laptops.
Along with the daily photo competitions it will be running, with various prizes up for grabs in conjunction with White Air! So why not bring your best and most extreme festival snaps to the van and enter them in to one of the daily photo competitions!
There will also be facilities to download and print your images up to A3! We will also be uploading the best shots on to the White Air website for all to see and download!
Why not see what else the van is able to offer? Have a go at brailing your name? Surfing the Web! Touch screen technology/demonstrations. Or even seeing some of the latest accessible hardware and software! Or learn more about the Riverside Rural Bus and what it has to offer!
Riverside Rural Bus (RRB) Background
The Riverside Rural Bus is a three year project funded through the Island’s Economic Partnership Leader+ programme. The bus and the team based at the Riverside Centre (a registered charity: 1010432) work closely with other Island organisations offering training (including IT and basic skills) and accessible services across the Island.
The van has been completely converted inside and out, and houses up to seven people. Using state of the art technology, including five wireless laptops, wireless internet access and an array of specialist hardware and software for all to use!
