White Air offers the following options for trade space with the White Air festival site.

Trade Village
The White Air trade village comprises of approx 20 indoor stands and 10 outdoor stand spaces. This is made up in multiples of 3mx3m areas These areas are both right in the heart of the main village. All spectators must pass through the trade village on their way in and out. We expect 3-5000 daily attendance for 2008 in the main village Approx 50,000 spectators will be the total viewing over the whole site
Indoor areas
These are made up in multiples of 3mx3m areas These areas include the covered marquee 'open plan area'(Dimensions marquee 5.5m apex/2.4m sides), Also included is 24hr security
Outdoor areas
These are made up in multiples of 3mx3m areas You can supply your own marquee or one can be supplied as an extra Also included is 24hr security
Extras
Marquee supplied at £60 per sqm Electric is supplied as an extra £95 per single socket. Tables can be supplied at £50 (+£50 deposit on arrival)
Booking Forms
There are 3 forms to be returned. Please fill out the (1) booking form and return with (2)the completed concession check list and (3) return with insurance docs/public liability/PAT certs
