Kitesurfing Guide
What is Kitesurfing?
Kitesurfing, also known as Kiteboarding, is one of the newest and most radical extreme sports around today. Huge colourful and incredibly powerful kites, power up riders on tiny surf/wake style boards propelling them along at huge speeds, and due to the virtual paraglider size kites riders gain massive jumps gliding up to 100m in the air!
Kite sizes range from 5m to 25m and they are inflatable with bladder supports. Board sizes range from 1m to 2m in length with different shapes and styles such as wake style, twin tips and directionals. Kiteboarding equipment packs up so small that it will easily fit in the boot of your car. Riders can gain air time in as little as 6 knots of wind!
