Martial Arts will be coming to White Air in a fun and interactive way this year. The MMA village on the beach will be the first time we have seen the MMA Amateurs Tournament which will run over the weekend in assoc with ZT.

• The 'Have a go' will involve spectators being able to try out short classes in the disciplines we teach as well as other fitness and conditioning classes.

Kids Box and Wrestle

ZT will be running the hugely successful kids Box/Wrestle class over the weekend at White Air!

ZT Fight Skool

ZT Fight Skool was established in 2003 and is the largest Mixed Martial Arts facility on the South coast. Situated directly behind Hove Train Station (North Side) in the Hove Business Centre it couldn't be more accessible.

Facilities include a 22ft netted Octagon (MMACage), a 16ft Boxing Ring the latest boxing bags, Wrestling Ring and 60m² of matted area. Classes range from MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai Boxing, Boxing, SAMA Kickboxing & Karate, Freestyle Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

All of the instructors are Professional Athletes, fully qualified and insured to teach classes to all ages and abilities.
